• Make material issue note (MIN) in software of all issuances;
• Make Material Transfer Notes (MTN) of all inter project/store transfers;
• Keep a detailed log/record of small tools, scaffolding and shuttering items on site;
• Keep and maintain accurate record of stock on site on weekly basis;
• Keep and maintain detailed record of damaged items in store on daily basis and furnish a report on weekly basis;
